Attack Begin Three in Three

Attack Set for Three in Three against Plymouth, Windsor and Saginaw

The Owen Sound Attack will look to continue their hot play this week when the rubber hits the road en route to stops in Plymouth, Windsor and Saginaw.

All three games are vitally important in the tight Western Conference standings as the Attack sit 5th in the Western Conference with 59 points. The Attack’s 59 points leaves them three points up on Saginaw who sit 6th and one point behind the 4th place Sarnia Sting.

The Attack is coming off last weekend on an incredible high, notching a victory over the Peterborough Petes by the widest margin of score in franchise history. Added to the excitement of the night was the fact it was the Attack’s first ever Pink in the Rink night. Jersey’s can be bid on by visiting www.auction.chl.ca .

Cameron Brace took top CHL Honors this past week after Cameron was awarded the OHL and CHL Player of the Week for his 9 point effort in 3 games last week, including a franchise record tying 7 point effort on Saturday.

Jordan Binnington was no slouch either as he was awarded the Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week award and the Vaughn CHL Goalie of the Week Award for his stellar play.

All games can be heard live on Grey Motors Bear Radio with Fred Wallace on 560 CFOS. Game times on Friday and Saturday against Plymouth and Windsor is 7:05pm while action gets underway in Saginaw at 4:00pm Sunday afternoon.
