Owen Sound Attack Donations

The Owen Sound Attack Hockey Club is committed to assisting community organizations throughout Grey-Bruce raise much needed funds. The Owen Sound Attack take pride in assisting providing items for auction. The Owen Sound Attack Hockey Club Donation Policy is as follows:

    * Donation requests need to be received on official organizational letterhead accompanied by a completed copy of our Owen Sound Attack Donation Request form.
    * All donation requests must be received at least 15 days prior to the date of the event.
    * Requests must include the event information, name of the beneficiary, the date of the event, the time and location of the event. Requested items are not guaranteed.
    * Donation requests must be submitted via mail or email or fax.
    * All approved donations must be picked up by the organization requesting the item.
