Dale DeGray - General Manager
DeGray played three seasons for his hometown Oshawa Generals, where his blue collar work ethic allowed him to be drafted 162nd overall by the Calgary Flames in the 1981 NHL entry draft. DeGray went on to play 153 NHL games, scoring 18 goals and tallying 47 assists. In total, the 47-year-old DeGray spent 14 years playing professional hockey and then two as coach/GM with the United Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs.
DeGray became the General Manager of the Attack in July of 2007. Since becoming the General Manager, Dale DeGray has insisted that all players have a community minded, team first attitude.
In the fall of 2010, DeGray pulled off a blockbuster trade, acquiring Andrew Shaw, Matt Petrgrave, Andrew Fritsch from the Niagara Ice Dogs. At the annual OHL Awards Banquet, DeGray was named the 2011 Ontario Hockey League's Executive of the Year.
Prior to joining the Attack Dale DeGray spent five years as an amateur scout with the Florida Panthers.

Greg Ireland - Head Coach
Greg was named the fifth Head Coach in Owen Sound Attack history on August 2nd, 2011 and is in his 3rd season as the Head Coach of the Attack. Ireland lead the Attack to their 2nd best Regular Season finish in franchise history in 2012/2013 when Owen Sound finished with a 44-18-1-5 record, good for 94 points.
Prior to joining the Attack, Ireland last served as the Head Coach of the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League where he compiled an 84-75-19 record. Prior to that, he was the Head Coach of the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League which saw him tally a 109-65-17 record.
A native of the Caledon/Orangeville area, Greg now resides in Kemble with his wife Erin and sons Jake and Brennan.
Ian MacLellan - Assistant GM/Head Scout
Ian's responsibilities include ensuring that all major tournaments are covered by a member of the Attack scouting staff. He is also the head facilitator at all Owen Sound Attack scouting meetings as well as the OHL draft.
Ian is one of the longest serving members of the Attack organization and brings a wealth of knowledge to the club in a scouting and player development capacity.
Drew Bannister - Assistant Coach
Drew is in his second season as an Assistant Coach with the Owen Sound Attack. As a player, Bannister spent his junior career with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds where he won two consecutive OHL Championships and appeared in three straight Memorial Cups from 91-93 and was named a tournament All-Star in 92 and 93 winning the prestigious tournament in 1993 on home ice. His final season of Junior was 93-94 where he won a Gold Medal with the Canadian National Junior Team.
Bannister suited up in 164 NHL games with the Tampa Bay Lightning, New York Rangers, Edmonton Oilers and Anaheim Ducks tallying 5 goals, 25 assists and 161 penalty minutes. Bannister’s playing career took him to the British Elite Ice Hockey League where he suited up for the Hull Stingrays during the 2010/2011 season before signing on as the Player/Coach of the Braehead Clan for the 2011/2012 season, guiding the team to 33-20-2-2 record while finishing the season with 13 goals, 32 assists and 114 penalty minutes.
Drew is also serving as an Assistant Coach with Team Ontario at the World Under 17 Hockey Challenge during the 2013 Holiday season.

Daniel Tkaczuk - Assistant Coach
Daniel joined the team in 2011/2012 as a Skills Coach and has since seen an expanded role, becoming more involved in daily practices with the team.
In four seasons with the Barrie Colts during the late 90's, Daniel tallied 145 goals and 334 points and won a silver medal for Team Canada at the 1999 World Junior Hockey Championships.

"Red Dog" has been with the Attack since the beginning of the 2010/2011 season.
Greg spent his junior days with the Peterborough Petes, Hamilton Fincups and Oshawa Generals and was the first goalie drafted in the 1976 NHL Entry Draft to the Pittsburgh Penguins. Greg brings with him 30 years of coaching experience and currently runs his camps out of Newmarket.
Andy Brown CAT(c) - Athletic TherapistAndy joined the Attack in July 2005 as Head Trainer. His experience includes Head Trainer for the Kingston Frontenacs and Assistant Trainer for the Mississauga Ice Dogs. Andy was also the Head Therapist for Team Ontario at the 2006 World U-17 Hockey Challenge, Athletic Therapist for Team Canada at the 2009 World Under 18 Ivan Hlinka Tournament and Trainer for Team Cherry at the 2010 CHL Top Prospects Game . He is a certified member of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association (CATA)
Gary Brennan - Assistant TrainerGary joined the Attack in 2009. His experience came from many years as a trainer with Owen Sound Minor Hockey and several years as head trainer for the Owen Sound Jr B Greys. Gary has worked at a local sports store repairing sports equipment, sharpening and repairing skates. He will assist Andy Brown with training and dressing room duties.

Ryan Manley - Statistician
Ryan is responsible for a great deal of the game by game statistical information that helps the coaching staff prepare for games and practices.
Fred Wallace - Radio Play-by-Play Announcer
Fred Wallace has been the voice of the team for more than a decade. He announces at the games and does the play-by-play for his own radio broadcast of the away games on CFOS in Owen Sound.

Andrew Hopf - Strength and Conditioning Coach
Andrew is entering his fourth season as Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Attack and comes to the organization from the University of Waterloo Mens Hockey Program. While at Waterloo Andrew obtained his Masters of Science degree where he specialized in muscle physiology and also obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist distinction from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Andrew has been an elected member of the NSCA executive council for ice hockey and currently owns and operates a business called Next Level Performance Training Inc where he works with many of the elite young athletes in Waterloo Region. Andrew has been an invited speaker for the OHL U16 Program of Excellence and has also spoke at the Canadian and Ontario Exercise Physiology conferences about his muscle physiology research. Andrew will be responsible for designing the teams in season and off season strength and conditioning programs as well as consulting the team on nutrition and recovery strategies to optimize on ice performance.
